State Employees step up for South Sound Reading FoundationDecember 16, 2015
On December 9, the Book Barn for the South Sound Reading Foundation, a local charity that provides books for children who are struggling to gain access to reading materials, was broken into and vandalized.
In an incredible show of goodwill during the holiday season, state employees stepped up, donating funds and books to the foundation.

The Combined Fund Drive tracks volunteer hours that our state employees log at any of our member charities. At the end of the campaign, special recognition will be given to agencies and individuals who log the most hours.
